Experience

Elite Consultants was founded in January 2012 by Miss. Leena Shah. She ia a management graduates from Mahatma Gandhi Labor Institute. At Elite Consultants, She look after whole recruitment life cycle, office operation and client communication. She possesses 10 years of experience in the recruitment of IT companies. She has strong exposure in hiring of senior technical position in IT industry.

Education

Leena has done her Bachelors in Arts with specialization in English at Gujarat Univesity and diploma in corporate communication from Ahmedabad Management Association. She has completed her post graduate diploma in HR from the Mahatma Gandhi Labor Institute.

Vishal Shah

Vishal Shah is the one of the founding member of Elite Consultants. He is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Experience

Elite Consultants was founded in January 2012 by Mr. Vishal Shah. He holds engineering and management degrees from Gujarat University and Sardar Patel University respectively. At Elite Consultants, he has handled various roles as Business Development, Client Relationship and suggesting clients on their IT recruitment needs. He possesses 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. He has a good knowledge of software industry as well as has strong experience in corporate sales.

Vishal has done his Bachelors in Engineering at Gandhinagar and completed his MBA in Marketing from the G. H. Patel Institute of Businees Management at Anand.
